Vincent Sheedy born in Liverpool, Paul Frost born in Scarborough, combined as a songwriting and performing duo in the late sixties. They were given a recording contract in the early seventies and recorded a single ‘Up From A Down’. However their American producer was removed from the project and despite their best efforts nothing further came from the contract. They both embarked on teaching careers and continued to perform and write. They achieved great recognition combining with Bernard Dickinson and Peter Jones in the popular seventies acoustic music group, Dulcima. Over the next twenty years their appearances were limited and it was not until the late Nineties that they began to seriously write and play again. They released a CD in 2002 entitled ‘Picture This’ featuring remodelled old tracks and new material. This sold consistently well and was followed by the release of "Last Recorded Message" in June 2004 which received an enthusiastic welcome from critics ands fans with its' mix of acoustic and electric music.
